A rich multilingual content authoring environment, including styled text, variable content, spell-check, and insertion of placeholders for variable substitution. Both text and image based content can be delivered, as well as multiple pieces of text and image content delivered as inseparable parts of a larger piece of content. Content can be ordered, prioritized, configured as optional or mandatory, and content alternatives can be chosen dynamically based on recipient data such as language, and location.

Test
Testing allows flexible pre-flighting and reporting on the qualification and delivery of authored content with moderate volumes of test data. Messagepoint provides two ways to test touchpoint delivery: using test data files containing sample recipients and associated data, and using complete production data files with simulated deliveries. In each case, Messagepoint generates reports that enable you to confirm message placement, content, and targeting. Next, proofs lets business users request and review what the finished product will look like, prior to committing to print or delivery, and ensuring that content is displayed the way it was intended. This process is entirely in the users hands and does not require IT intervention or involvement. Proofs are stored and managed in the system, allowing other users to review the latest and greatest, or the previous version. Simulations allow for large volume testing which can be performed using production-level volumes of test data, or with production data itself.
Approve
Ensure that messages destined for customers are compliant with corporate brand standards, regulatory requirements, and are on-message through an online, configurable approvals process that ensures that no message gets out before its time. Eliminates the need for offline or email based content approval workflows. Messagepoint serves as the system of record to automatically manage each step requiring approval, documenting each approval and sending out email notifications as required. Users can also be configured into functional or organizational workgroups to focus their view to just the touchpoints and content items of immediate interest.

Reports can be viewed in a browser or raw data can be extracted for integration into an existing data warehouse.
