Nick Romano, P. Eng Co-Founder & CEO
Nick specializes in business process reengineering for enterprises migrating to new document delivery solutions. His primary focus is on implementing messaging and personalization strategies, workflows and ROI tracking. Nick is a popular international speaker on the implementation of successful document solutions, with topics ranging from design, messaging and personalization to shop floor automation and advances in document delivery. He is a graduate of McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Management.
Steve Biancaniello, P. Eng, EDP Co-Founder & EVP, Professional Services
Steve is responsible for designing, developing and delivering touchpoint engineering solutions for Prinova’s growing client base. His primary focus is to implement extensible document solutions using an integrated approach between touchpoint design and development. He provides strategic consulting and facilitation skills for clients, drawing on years of experience in designing and implementing solutions involving large-volume document processing systems. Steve received his B.A.Sc. (Systems Design Engineering) and M.A.Sc. (Management Sciences – Information Systems) from the University of Waterloo.
Bruce MacInnis Chief Financial Officer
Bruce brings 30 years of financial management experience, primarily with early-stage technology companies. At Prinova, Bruce acts as the principal finance resource responsible for all finance, accounting and administrative activities. He has held numerous CFO positions for private and public technology organizations, is experienced in establishing the financial reporting and disclosure infrastructures required of public companies and in implementing sound internal controls and corporate governance procedures. Bruce graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a Canadian Chartered Accountant. For the past six years, he has been a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountant’s “Performance Reporting Board”, and is the Chair of the Committee’s “Small Company Advisory Group”.
Mark Keating VP, Marketing
Mark has spent more than 16 years marketing technology to businesses and consumers. Based in Prinova’s Toronto headquarters, Mark is responsible for evangelizing Prinova in the Customer Communications Management market and growing the adoption of messagepoint and Prinova’s services offerings. Prior to joining Prinova, Mark drove the business-to-business marketing strategy for Research In Motion’s Enterprise Solutions. Mark has lived and worked in Canada, the United States, Europe and Asia. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from Queen’s University.
Chris Miller VP, Product Management
Chris Miller has spent more than 18 years in product management, working closely with customers globally to build a broad range of both on-premise and cloud-based enterprise solutions. Based in Prinova’s Toronto headquarters, Chris is responsible for driving the strategic direction and roadmap for Prinova’s Messagepoint product line. Chris brings a global perspective and understanding to building great products; he has lived and worked in Canada, the United States and Europe. Prior to joining Prinova, Chris took a leadership role in guiding the direction of product lines for Symantec, Sage, and Eloqua. Chris is a graduate of the University of Toronto.
Rodney Stever VP, Product Development
Currently the Vice-President of Product Development, Rod has overseen the Messagepoint product development from its inception in 2006. Rod has over 30 years’ experience in commercial software for large Financial institutions, credit bureaus and, most recently, document delivery. He has played a pivotal role in the success of several high-growth product companies. He graduated with honors from the University of Waterloo with a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, majoring in Computer Science.
