Prinova got its start in 1998 in the print services and consulting space, where co-founders Nick Romano and Steve Biancaniello identified an unmet need -- enterprise customers were looking for a way to communicate one-to-one with customers that didn’t place a significant burden on IT, developers and business users.

The solution is an enterprise-ready software solution called Messagepoint that enables marketers and other business users to own, manage and collaborate on targeted content designed to fill white space on the printed transactional documents we regularly receive in the mail – from our banks, credit card companies, insurance companies and health care providers.

In many ways, Prinova’s Messagepoint does to transactional docs what Google does to your search experience – deliver up targeted, personalized content that is both relevant and desirable and helps consumers make more informed decisions. We like to say that we transform transactions into interactions and opportunities for customers to drive the right behavior, revenue, and retention.
